The room has a double bed, wooden floors, an original fireplace, plenty of natural light and space for a desk.

The house is a charming, comfortable Stoneybatter cottage, shared with a creative professional who lives here full-time. You’ll have full use of the kitchen and living spaces and are very welcome to make yourself at home while you’re here.

Stoneybatter is one of Dublin’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, with a great mix of cafes, restaurants, pubs and independent shops. It has a real village feel while still being very central, so you get the best of both worlds a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere with the city and university right on your doorstep.

It would suit one person looking for a quiet, relaxed and tidy place to stay during the working week, particularly someone studying or working nearby.
